  • Comply with all safety standards as outlined by Sika’s safety policy and procedures, including reporting all safety risks, hazards, and incidents.
  • Maintain and fabricate polyurethane molds, including general wood work. 
  • Work at rate to meet production schedules while guaranteeing quality products. 
  • Assist with production duties as needed.
  • Assist mold shop manager as needed or directed. 
  • Operate machinery and tools safely, while following established procedures.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Production or Warehouse Background Preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Experience with design and product development

The Aurora plant prides itself in world class Safety and Quality.  Starting pay is $21.00 per hour.
